Psychotherapy sessions are available in-person, on the telephone, and via an online secure video platform (doxy.me).

Sessions are one hour in length (individual and couples sessions). 

Starting January 2023 psychotherapy in-person sessions will be able to be delivered to clients in their homes or at hosting sites who reside outside of the in-person sessions office in Thessalon everywhere between Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury.
